Girl Child Empowerment

Every girl matters, and has a right to empowerment. For many girls in Africa, education isn’t just important for a brighter future. Yet girls often dropout of school simply because they can not afford feminine hygiene products. Lack of education leads to vulnerability which leads to domestic abuse, teenage pregnancies, forced marriages, sexual abuse, HIV and the life of no choices.   Together we can change this.

Currently we are working alongside local female football clubs and schools in the eastern region of Uganda to reduce the dropout rate by providing sanitary products, connecting young female football talents to schools that offer sports scholarship, teaching girls their values in Christ, equipping girls with enough information about reproductive health and igniting the passion for education.
